My classes offer the opportunity for you to explore the range of what yoga has to offer. We will move through a physical practice that incorporates breath and body awareness. Meditative movement practises that allows each student to connect with themselves.
Is a public yoga class not for you but you love to work out with friends? I offer small group classes for you a few of your near and dearest. This is a bit more personal than a large yoga class, but the small numbers allow me to build a class that best suits individual goals and getting to share a class with others.
One to One
Private sessions are one to one. It is an opportunity to work on areas of the practice you would like to find more growth. We can cover anything from breathwork, meditation, mobility and alignment. This is a practice that is uniquely yours.
